We bake our cones entirely in-house in our own workshop.
This allows us to ensure they are completely plant-based and gluten-free.
We also make the crispy cookies served with our ice creams entirely ourselves. Both the cone and the cookie feature the texture of Bruges lace, adding a unique and delightful touch.
